State ethnography or reflection of process of socialist building on the northern territory adjacent to the Yenisei in works of ethnographers at the end of 1930s (to statement of question)

The article is devoted to the problem of «state order» in the Soviet ethnography of the 1930-ies. The comparative analysis of the reliability of the presentation of the process of socialist building in Evenkiya in the works of different researchers (M.Strulyov, B. O. Dolgih, N. P. Nikulshin, M. A. Sergeev, N. V. Uvachan, etc.) is conducted on the basis of a big number of published and archival materials. The author tries to present a more precise idea about the applied aspect of the Soviet ethnography, and also draws the conclusion about the insufficient development of the given question in the modern historiography.
