State youth policy of the Russian Federation: development practice and new legislative paradigms

The article provides a political analysis of the practice of formation and implementation of state youth policy. The author investigates the influence of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation on the development of new legislative foundations of youth policy in Russia and substantiates the expediency of adopting the federal law «On Youth Policy in the Russian Federation».
