State youth policy in modern Russia

The RF youth policy development and implementation processes are discussed in the article. Youth policy is considered an integral component of socio-economic and political state course. Its evolutionary periods at the federal and regional levels from the 1990s till nowadays are analyzed by the author. Special attention is paid to the establishment of the institutional law basis of the youth policy, focusing on the state activity specifics in this sphere and its implementation mechanism.
