The state youth policy in modern Russia: integrational tools

The subject of this article is the tools of the state youth policy promoting integration of youth into the socio-political relations. The authors actualized the problem of optimum inclusion of youth in the life of Russian society. Objectively this need of stimulation of all types of activity of youth via tools of the state and public youth policy is given. The article analyzes the problem aspects concerning the realization of the state youth policy at the federal and regional levels. The authors focus their attention on the tasks promoting consolidation of mechanisms of realization of the state youth policy in the modern Russia. Basic provisions which are directed on elimination of contradictions between activation of actions of executive authorities for development of youth policy and lack of noticeable shifts of involvement of the vast majority of young Russians in life of society are revealed.
