National state policies in Russia in conditions of ethnic-political diversity

On the basis of ethno-political situation the author evaluates ethno-national policies pursued by a leadership of the Russian Federation. The author notes that in order to normalize ethno-national relations in Russia, the leadership of the State should adopt a Conception of ethno-national policies, answering interests of numerous people, its unity and solidarity, legal rights and freedoms, containing a potential of preventive and pre-emptive character, and promoting comfortable habitation of all nations in a multinational state.
