State support for culture as one of the functions of modern Russian state

In the article considers cultural function as essential element of shaping the culture of citizens, jural state and civil society. The author gives product of this activity during the period of distribution COVID-19 and also financing indicators on 2021-2023 years. The author conduct implementation arrangements of cultural function in terms of law, organization, financial and informational aspects.
