State support for the development of photonics in Russia

The article is devoted to research in the field of developing conceptual approaches to the formation of systemic measures of state support for photonics in Russia. The author's classification is proposed and the directions of support for photonic technologies are formed in terms of their place in today's and future markets. The results obtained in the work can be used to determine the vector of development of the country in the development of strategic industrial development, as well as in educational, scientific and research activities.
