State support for the development of innovative-industrial clusters in the Russian Federation

The article examines the issues of state support for the development of innovative industrial clusters. The importance of financing the development of cluster formations by the state determines the relevance of the problem under consideration. The points of view of various authors regarding this issue are given, the concept of state cluster policy is considered, its main directions are identified and the most common measures of state support applied to cluster associations are identified.
