The article discusses approaches to harmonizing the state policy of sustainable development and green growth with the methods of environmental management of organizations. The decisive role of state policy in the formation and development of the national market for environmentally friendly products in Russia is shown. The rationale for the selection of tools for implementing the relevant state policy is presented. Among the priority instruments are soft loans and subsidies to business structures whose management demonstrates environmentally responsible behavior.
