State policy of human potential development in Russia

The social policy of the state has a direct impact on the level of human development, quality of life and well-being of the population. Problems and current trends in the socio -economic development of Russia necessitate the study of instruments of state regulation of human development and quality of life of the population, as well as the development of ways to improve them. Results and conclusions. As a result of the conducted research, the analysis of state measures to solve the strategic task of the development of society - the development of human potential and improving the quality of life of citizens was carried out; recommendations were developed to improve the tools for implementing state policy in the field of improving the quality of life of the population.
