State policy in the sphere of labour and employment against citizens approaching retirement age

The article analyzes the problem of raising the retirement age in the Russian Federation, within the framework of the implementation and provision of constitutional legal relations and equal rights of citizens, the content and importance of the constitutional regulation of state pension provision in the context of changing the retirement age. The complex of additional measures of social support and protection of workers of pre-retirement age, on the example of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra, the legal status of which has changed since January 1, 2019, is given and analyzed. The author considers the benefits introduced by the legislator for this category of citizens, the possibility of retraining within the already mastered qualification, as well as measures of criminal liability for employers in case of violation of the new crime.
