State policy on employment of the disabled and its realization in Siberia in 20-ies of the XX-th century

In the article the process of the formation and development of the social policy of the Soviet Union on the employment of the disabled is considered. The ideological and legal basis of this policy, the practice of the employment of the disabled in the cooperative enterprises and labor artels and working conditions for various groups of disabled people are analyzed on the data of Siberian archives.
