State program "Economic and social development of St. Petersburg territories": current problems and implementation mechanisms

The article identifies current problems and existing mechanisms for the implementation of state programs at the regional level using the example of St. Petersburg. The study determined the effectiveness of the execution of the budget of St. Petersburg according to the subprograms of the state program of St. Petersburg "Economic and social development of the territories of St. Petersburg ". The article also discusses the main problems in the implementation of the state program and offers recommendations aimed at improving existing mechanisms.
