State protection of criminal court proceedings participants as an effective justice factor

The article discusses aspects (efficiency) of protection of participants of criminal proceedings in Russia. It is noted that at high crime rate state protection of victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal proceedings, security guarantees for judges, officials of law enforcement and regulatory agencies are the essential condition for the efficiency of justice.
