Public-private partnership as a tool for the development of the property complex of the integrated cluster structure

Currently, the issues of interaction between the state and business in the innovation sphere on the basis of public-private partnership are one of the important conditions for the formation of an effective economic policy, which reflects the relevance of the topic of the article. The aim of the study is to consider the possibilities of creating a cluster structure based on PPP mechanisms. An example of creating a cluster, the core of which is a University, is considered. The features of concession agreements and agreements on public-private partnership in relation to the development of the property complex are analyzed.
