State-private partnership as the basis for the development of socio-economic systems

This study reveals the main areas of application of the partnership between state and private Russian enterprises, as a promising area for the replacement of imported technologies, spare parts and semi-finished products, under the conditions of international sanctions against domestic companies. The study identified the main problems of using such a partnership and proposed a step-by-step algorithm for implementing measures to eliminate them. The algorithm involves combining the efforts of state executive bodies and representatives of the private sector of the domestic economy, through the conclusion of partnership agreements. The study revealed ways to determine the specific conditions of such an agreement, satisfying all parties, by using the Black-Scholes option pricing model.
