Public-private partnership in the electric power industry: approaches to the essence and content

The purpose of the study is to analyze the essence and content of one of the forms of cooperation - public-private partnership (PPP) in the field of Russian electric power industry in Russia. The urgent need to modernize the infrastructure of the industry, primarily on the basis of private capital, has now determined the relevance of PPP research. The results are obtained in the form of recommendations for the effective application of PPP, contributing to project management.
