Public-private partnership in modern Russia: win-win or zero-sum game?

The article gives a political and economic analysis of the new federal law on public-private partnership. The experience of public-private partnership projects implementation in the regions of Russia is analyzed. The authors also present results of their research of the methodology of rating and conceptualizing relations between the state and business.
