Public-private partnership as a prospective direction of development of the Russian oil service

This paper examines the possibility of using public-private partnerships for the development of domestic oilfield service companies. In the course of the study, the obstacles arising in the way of using this mechanism were identified and the author's algorithm for the implementation of measures for the development of domestic oilfield service companies was proposed. The algorithm assumes combining the efforts of state authorities, representatives of the private sector of the domestic economy and the scientific community in order to create and introduce domestic technologies in the field of oil services into the economic circulation. In the course of the study, an original way of determining the contractual terms of such a pooling of efforts was proposed.
