State regulation of a mutual insurance in the Russian Federation and administrative corporate relations in a mutual insurance society

The present paper attempts to examine the structure and content of legal relations in society of mutual insurance in the legislation of the Russian Federation. The authors make a conclusion that the structure of internal relations in the OER can distinguish the presence of both corporate and peculiar obligations relations. The authors give the definition of internal relations, arising in society of mutual insurance. The article reveals the essence of membership (corporate) legal relations in society of mutual insurance and the legal nature of the members of mutual insurance company, which can be as physical so legal persons. The definition of the concept of «member of the society of mutual insurance» for natural persons is given. The article describes specific features of the legal entities, acting as members of society of mutual insurance.
