State regulation of investment climate in Russian agribusiness

In the present article the concept of «state regulation» of agriculture is considered. The main directions of state regulation of agro-industrial production are defined, and also the principles of increase of investment climate are presented. The factors of investment appeal are specified and actions of increase of efficiency of rural production are described.
