In modern conditions, the real estate market is being reformatted in Russia, as an increasing number of firms and citizens are involved in operations related to the real estate market, and at the same time there is a high increase in prices for building materials, on the one hand, and a decrease in the incomes of Russians on the other hand. Since 2000, the state has applied economic support methods relatively effectively, which contributed to the formation of a recovery trend in the real estate market and the country’s economy during the spread of coronavirus infection. In the conditions of modern challenges, the most realistic option seems to be the adoption of regulatory state measures aimed at increasing the incomes of Russians, since it will be quite difficult to reduce prices for building materials in the conditions of the global energy crisis. The main objectives of state regulation of the real estate market: control of the activities of all subjects of the real estate market, attracting financial investments in the country’s economy, increasing the level of efficiency of the use of real estate.
