Public and municipal procurement: review of changes

Resume: The system of state and municipal procurement in the Russian Federation is in constant development, which is confirmed by a huge number of changes and amendments to the legislation. It was often criticized for the redundancy of requirements, cumbersomeness, and non-transparency. However, in recent years it has been actively modernized, simplified, and clearer. The article examines some of the trends and changes in the public procurement system in 2021.
