State allowance and its role in fertility increase in 1950-1970 (case study of the Krasnodar territory)

The article covers questions of one of the methods of the state support for a family, which is allowance to large families and single mothers. The author discusses role and relevance of the measure in the fertility increase in 1950 - 1970, considering statistics of the natural population growth and natural fertility, number of the paid allowances, number of large families and single mothers in the Krasnodar Territory during the period under study.
