State budget deficit: essence and methods of balancing

On our modern day, the most important state instrument for regulating the economic and social spheres is the state budget. However, often the budget system is faced with the fact that government expenditures exceeds revenues and there are a deficit, which is typical for most modern countries. The above makes the study of this problem relevant. The study found that the presence of a budget deficit in acceptable amounts is acceptable; the ways of its prevention and methods of balancing the budget were determined.
