State and citizen as main actors of the process of forming a culture of healthy lifestyle

The article concentrates around the role of state and citizen as main actors of the process of forming a culture of healthy lifestyle, as well as the current state of the issue in the context of problems of modern Russian education and health care. It analyzes the main methods of conducting state policy on healthy lifestyle and the question of policy of paternalism in the field of health care. The author emphasizes that the effective platform in the field of healthy lifestyle is a guarantee of social and economic stability of the state and specifies that the participativism becomes a necessary condition of forming of emotionally steady and physically healthy personality capable to have a positive impact on the development of a national gene pool.
