State and law: shared fields

The author studies the relationship between the categories “state” and “law”, notes their inherent link. The author states that one or the other prevails in this dialectical connection. As a result the two approaches emerged: precedence of law and precedence of state. He concludes that correlation between state and law has its own particular characteristics in each specific society. Besides the author remarks that opposition of law to state is viewed as conflict of interests of society and public authorities.
