The state as a platform

Modern realities have a great influence on all spheres of people's life, especially on the main vectors of the State and society development. One such worldwide process is digitization, this phenomena has swept the whole world cause due to the coronavirus pandemic the personal social contacts were reduced. According to the events generated by the processes of informatization and computerization, in this article the concept of «state» is considered as a platform for relationships in society in the context of developing digitalization.
