The examination of international relations and the political challenges associated with global and regional development assumes a paramount significance within the contemporary global landscape. Within this framework, the scrutiny of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) activities emerges as a pivotal dimension, given their substantial role in addressing worldwide issues and exerting influence over global politics and development. The present undertaking presents a scholarly investigation into the collaborative endeavors of NGOs within the domain of cluster policies and cluster initiatives. This analytical endeavor serves to unveil the preparedness of NGOs to engage in the advancement of clusters, while concurrently facilitating the identification of efficacious practices. These research endeavors hold substantial import, as they offer a framework for the enhancement of collaborative strategies and approaches, and concurrently provide a means of assessing the efficiency of such pursuits.
