Urban development activity as a factor technological hazards territory

Celebrated in most countries, growth in the number of accidents with significant loss of life due to the increased number of buildings under construction complex shapes with longspan structures, the use of insufficiently studied and proven design concepts and new materials at lag regulatory framework and insufficient training participants in the construction. Experience in investigating the causes of accidents buildings and structures shows that they are the result of violations of regulatory requirements when performing R & D and production of construction works, manufacturing of building materials, structures and products. Consequences of such non-compliance violations are compounded norms and rules of technical operation of buildings and structures. Typically, failures are due to unfavorable combinations of several of these factors. Each a violation of the majority could not constitute a threat to buildings, so the article in the main features are violations that were the main causes of accidents and describes the extent of the destruction of buildings and structures in industrial accidents and natural disasters, as well as the reasons of the collapse ( destruction) of buildings, structures and utilities.
