Civil Liability for Offenses in the Sphere of Circulation of Jewelry, Scrap and Waste of Precious Metals

The article examines the issue of determining liability for offenses in the sphere of illegal turnover of jewelry, scrap and waste of precious metals. An analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the procedure for the turnover of jewelry, scrap and waste of precious metals and liability for non-compliance is conducted. The study proposes possible ways to resolve existing contradictions in this area.
