Civil control as institution of monitoring and supervision over state authorities

In the article social peculiarities of civil monitoring institutions in state and administrative spheres are analyzed. The author considers the importance of the constant civil monitoring and supervision in public - state relations in social, political, cultural and economic spheres. The civil monitoring is the key development element of free, democratic and market oriented society.
