Civil control as a sphere of interaction between society and authorities in Russia: historical and sociological

Civilian control occurs during the interaction between a civil society and a state, which actualizes the problem of sociological research of interaction between the society and the authorities in Russia. This problem is considered by the author in the historical and sociological way. The article shows that institutional capital of civic organizations, gained during the years of post-Soviet social and political reforms and reflecting simulative democratic process in Russia, is a source of the affective rather than effective institutionalization of the civilian control in the Russian society.
