Civil protection of the human voice during its synthesis and subsequent use

The expansion of the list of intangible benefits reflects the tendency to provide legal protection to those objects in which the individuality is expressed. The development of technologies for the synthesis and modeling of human speech has exacerbated the issue of voice protection, because imitation, uncoordinated use of human voice pose threats not only to private, but also to public interests. The article reveals the legal nature of the human voice, the genesis and prospects of its protection. The authors determine the place of the voice in the system of objects of civil rights de lege lata and justify that the most effective solution to the problem of civil protection of the human voice will be the inclusion of the corresponding object in the list of intangible benefits.
