Civil law reference to essence of obligation

The author addresses the problem of references and limitations in the norms of the law of obligations, while exploring their meaning and purpose. Focusing on the idea of the systematic nature of norms of the law of obligations, the author examines such a terminological combination as the essence of the obligation. It has no definitions and, despite the frequency of mentioning it in the norms of the law of obligations, it remains still unexplored.
