Civil liability of the director general in the corporation

The article is devoted to the civil liability of the Director General in the Corporation and it has a practical importance. The relevance of the study is connected with the entry into force of the Federal law of 05.05.2014 N 99-FL On amendments to Chapter 4th of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and on invalidation of individual provisions of legislative acts of the Russian Federation. This Federal Law clarified the provisions on civil liability of the Director General.
