The article deals with grounds and regulation of the contractual civil law responsibility under the nondefined contract according to the Civil Law of Ukraine. The author considers modes of ensuring the fulfilment of commitments and substantiates the necessity of the civil law responsibility foresight in the non-defined contract as an essential clause in it.
