Civil law protection of an easement

The article shows the results of studying the ways of protection of the owner of an easement. The article provides the analysis of law enforcement practice of establishment of the easement by courts of general jurisdiction. The author proposes the necessity to clearly identify ways to protect the easement in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
