Civil legal status of online platform operators: uncertain present and possible future

The article analyzes the main elements of the civil status of the operator of a digital platform - the obligations arising from the agreement on the use of the platform, and the legal consequences of their violation. Taking into account the decisions available in the legislation and legal doctrine of the European Community, it is concluded that it is necessary to significantly transform the Russian model of the status of an operator of an online platform.
