Civil society in Russia and social responsibility

The article characterizes the specifics of the civil society in solving social problems of the population. It defines the value of the criterion of social co-responsibility in the activities of civil society institutions in Russia. The development of social projects is estimated optimal activity of the institutions of civil society in modern Russia.
