Civil society in the regional dimension

Many social and political processes today are associated with decentralization. It objectively determines the urgency of studying the civil society in the regional aspects. The article is based on the results of the original research of the development of civil society and of the main factors, which influence on the development of the civil society in the Yaroslavl region.
