In the process of forming and implementing the social and political agenda, technologies of political communication between the government and society, carried out using the capabilities of modern Internet technologies, become increasingly important. In order to assess the effectiveness of political communication between regional government agencies and civil society institutions from the perspective of forming a social and political agenda, the author conducted a study of the websites of a number of such organizations. The analysis shows that the interaction of government agencies, civil society institutions and individual citizens in the studied regions is at a low level. Citizens' interest in information posted on accounts of government agencies and public chambers is low, news feeds does not evoke an emotional response from the audience of social networks, and the quality of the posted content is unsatisfactory.
