Group juvenile crime: criminological aspects of the problem

The article deals with the problems of modern group juvenile crime. It is noted that the nature of the group criminal behaviour of persons under the age of 18 is due to the incomplete mental and moral development of adolescents and the process of their socialization. According to the author, the insufficient attention has been paid to the prevention of crime among minors in the Russian Federation. In this regard, separate recommendations are made for the prevention of group criminal behaviour of minors.
