Cargo-passenger elevators: development of issues and prospects

The paper considers the topic of equipping various national economic facilities with elevator devices, which is relevant for Russia. Since the pace of construction of civil and industrial facilities remains quite high, multi-storey buildings require the installation of lifting transport devices for both the movement of goods and people. The structure of a modern elevator based on automation, digital systems and elements is quite complex, so its production is based on the use of components produced in different countries of the world. With the participation of foreign companies in the domestic market, which are strong leaders in this area, the issue of equipping the elevator industry with elevators was not significantly acute, due to imports, a third of the necessary demand was provided not only for finished products, but also for components for the work of Russian manufacturers. The classification of lifting electrical devices according to various characteristics is given, special attention is paid to passenger elevators used in the residential sector. The type of elevator depends on many factors, the most important of which are the safety and reliability of the elevator design. The safety of elevators is regulated by the technical regulations TR CU 011/2011. The nominal service life of the elevator is 25 years, then diagnostics of technical characteristics and assessment of the possibility of further operation are required. The production of elevator equipment is carried out under the Program for the Accelerated Replacement of Elevators in the Residential Sector. The problem of safe operation of elevators and reliable service, improvement of measures related to the extension of the service life of elevators, is a forced measure, provided by the state for the implementation of the main tasks. Regulation of regulatory documentation based on the current situation and digital transformation is an important step in the development of the industry. In 2023-2024, new or improved existing regulatory documents were introduced for the elevator industry, increasing the requirements for the safety of the movement of passengers and goods.
