Egypt’s humanitarian diplomacy

The article examines the role of the Arab Republic of Egypt in international humanitarian cooperation. The author analyzes the conceptual basis, mechanisms and features of Egypt's humanitarian diplomacy, as well as the humanitarian problems of this country and its contribution to the promotion of regional peace building. The author concludes that humanitarian diplomacy is an integral part of Egypt's foreign policy and is necessary for the authorities of this country both to resolve internal problems and to increase external political influence in the region.
