Humanitarian and informational legal problems of modern sport

This article analyses the main challenges of sports politicization based on real events at the Olympic Games, as well as no less important problem of doping and, as a consequence, reasonable and unreasonable disqualification. Sport is a matter of physical education and moral, aesthetic development of a person as well. It occupies one of the leading positions in the system of society. Nowadays the sports environment has become a political arena. There is a need to solve the basic informational issues: how do the heads of the state regard the sport, how is it connected with politics, and what role do the media play. Based on the conducted research, the author proposed a number of measures to address the issues under review.
