Humanization of vocational education as a factor in improving the quality of students’ training in high school

In the article we considered the value of humanistic approach in vocational education. The problem of finding the content of humanistic oriented educational process was analyzed. Implementation of the humanistic paradigm in educational process has fundamental importance for modern vocational education. The humanistic paradigm is person-centered, it changes a look at the place and role of the student in educational process and aims to create the conditions for free development of a creative and responsible person. We defined humanization of education as an effective principle of education, which involves subject-subject relations and personal growth of each of them. In the paradigms of modern educational process subject-subject relations are considered as pedagogical and philosophical perception of world outlook and formation of humanistic orientation as a condition for survival in the modern world. Also, the humanization of education is aimed at development of education content, forms and methods, which provide the effective personal growth and improve standards and quality of high school education.
