Humanization of labour: theoretical approaches and evaluation of the role of working conditions

The article describes the theoretical foundations of humanism and process of labour humanization. Social and historical factors that reinforce the trend of labour humanization are described. The essential content of labour humanization supposes adaptation of one, several or most aspects of working life to a person, which can be achieved by adjustment of working conditions. The practice of social partnership at various levels initiates implementation of programs improving the working conditions.
