The article investigates the serum markers of activation and apoptosis in patients with carcinoma of the tongue, stomach, prostate, cervix and breast. We studied the content of soluble membrane receptors of activation, which modulate the apoptosis: sCD30, sCD40, sCD95 (sAPO-1/FAS), ligand TRAIL (APO-2L), representing the early witnesses of the effector stage of the apoptosis of the enzyme Caspase-1/ICE It was found that the number of these markers in the serum of cancer patients was significantly different from their level in healthy persons. There are significant differences in concentrations of these parameters in patients with carcinoma of the first stage III-IV.
