Proinflammatory cytokine expression in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

The research goal was to investigate cytokine profile (IL-1p, 11_-1ра, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-a and INF-у) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (OOPD). The data of decreasing of anti-inflammatory IL-4 and increasing of proinflammatory cytokines in patients with OOPD were worked out.
